Adding new Begrid site administrator

cd /etc/httpd/conf
Add the user DN in the files "authz" and "users"

Adding/updating CA certificates to the BEgrid central reporsitory

Current CA certificates (version 1.24) are based on IGTF 1.24-1. All sites need to run ./runcheck on their BEgrid Quattor client to deploy them.
